What motivates Shaun to be such a devoted teacher?

It stems from being a local boy born and raised on Oahu as well as a public-school graduate from Kalani High School. He has a passion for helping our youth succeed and that has led him into educational roles that weren’t originally part of his career plan. While he entered the role of teaching agriculture with some experience (thanks to working in the Times Supermarket produce section previously), he didn’t let his real-world experience end there. To support his role as an agriculture teacher and lead, Shaun participated in an externship to expand his knowledge and gain new tools in farming techniques.
